In a situation at work or where a group of people are working under the authority of someone, there may be an unfairness happening.

Maybe they are afraid of losing their place there, of being thought of as an agitator, or of being thought less of because of their views.

You may be the only one who is strong enough and assertive enough - and, let's face it, brave enough - to say something.
